About the role:

  • Coordinate with the department supervisor to oversee frontend billing for patients.
  • Verify insurance eligibility and handle patient billing inquiries.
  • Cross-collaborate across departments for quick resolution of issues.

What you'll do:

  • Act as first point of contact for incoming patient messages and internal support requests.
  • Maintain eligibility checks for accurate billing and clean claims.
  • Research and rectify third-party denials and resubmit claims.

What you bring:

  • 3-5 years of healthcare billing and insurance verification experience.
  • CPT and ICD coding knowledge.
  • Team-oriented with strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Work environment:

  • Fully remote role for candidates in AZ, ID, NV, OR, UT, WA.
  • Must have a private, lockable workspace for HIPAA compliance.
  • Full-time, 40 hours per week with flexible shifts between 8:30am to 5pm or 9am to 5:30pm Mountain or Pacific Time.
