Play a critical role in driving strategic relationships and revenue growth with health plan partners. You will be responsible for managing existing accounts, expanding key relationships, and identifying opportunities for growth through consultative selling and deep industry expertise. This is a high-impact role ideal for someone with a strong background in managed care, health insurance, or digital health partnerships.
Own a portfolio of prospective health plan clients and develop strong, consultative relationships with key decision-makers (e.g., C-suite, senior management, clinical, product management, innovation teams). Own the end-to-end sales cycle - from initial discovery to contract signature - for regional and national health plan opportunities. Act as a trusted advisor to clients by helping them leverage products and services to drive better clinical outcomes, member experience, and total cost-of-care savings. Work closely with internal teams (e.g., Product, Implementation, Clinical, Compliance) to ensure successful onboarding, integration, and ongoing client satisfaction. Stay up to date on healthcare policy, payer trends, and competitor activity to provide strategic insights and feedback internally. Support contract negotiations, RFP responses, and ensure regulatory alignment (e.g., CMS, Medicaid, ACA Exchange plans).
