- Deliver fast, empathetic, high-quality support that builds trust in our care model.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for members navigating their healthcare.
- Partner closely with Provider Operations to ensure a seamless end-to-end member experience.
Responsibilities:
- Own the member experience from first contact to resolution across phone, email, chat, and SMS.
- Resolve member questions related to appointments, prescriptions, lab work, ICHRA/HRA benefits, and plan details.
- Conduct proactive outreach to educate members and drive activation and engagement.
Growth:
- Identify workflow gaps and partner with leadership to improve processes and tooling.
- Handle high-volume, high-stakes member interactions with consistency and care.
- Expand skills in healthcare benefits, ICHRA, HRA, and insurance enrollment.
