Job Description
The Payroll Analyst will manage timely and accurate payroll and timekeeping for all PH employees, including payroll processing, validation, ticket dispute management, final pay processing, system enhancement, and configuration. They will ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as tax withholdings, SSS, Philhealth, Pag-ibig and other government-mandated contributions.
This role will provide payroll support, data insights and recommendations to People Business Partners and People Operations team and manage the Philippines Payroll ticket queue by answering routine questions, processing transactions, and escalating or assigning more complex requests as appropriate.
They will also maintain and update payroll policies, procedures, and knowledge bases, support internal and external audits and conduct Payroll and Timekeeping onboarding trainings for New Hires and newly appointed Managers.
