Job Description
You'll collaborate closely with AI researchers to improve model performance from a design perspective. You will develop and document design principles and heuristics that can be used by Figma's AI systems and build thorough methods to test and enhance the quality of AI-generated outputs; giving guidance to external partners. You will also be the bridge between the AI research team and designers, translating technical details for designers and design concepts for AI experts.
