Job Description
This role involves working within Talan's CloudSpirit Business Unit, which specializes in the ServiceNow solution.
Main responsibilities include:
-Designing technical solutions that meet business needs.
-Configuring and developing scripts on the ServiceNow platform in accordance with backlog user stories.
-Writing technical documentation according to team standards.
-Conducting integration tests of user stories.
-Handling ServiceNow incidents transmitted by functional administrators(level 2 assistance).
-Preparing and ensuring the various stages of production release.
