Instructional Designer III

The Instructional Designer III will be responsible for developing high-quality learning products based on performance-learning objectives, implementing best practices and branding guidelines on learning deliverables, and applying adult learning theory to ensure learning effectiveness. Responsibilities include leading content aggregation activities, driving communication and collaboration with subject matter experts, and proactively updating processes across the Instructional Design team. The role involves managing projects efficiently, leading development initiatives with third-party vendors, and developing new digital products for various delivery modalities.
