Account Manager

As an Account Manager at Medely, you’ll be responsible for the success, retention, and expansion of our healthcare facility customers. You’ll act as a trusted partner to your accounts, proactively guiding customer strategy, running recurring business reviews, identifying upsell opportunities, and driving renewals. This role requires versatility: one moment you may be advising a clinical operations leader, the next you may be collaborating cross-functionally with Medely’s Sales, Product, or Clinical Ops teams. You will own a portfolio of Medely customers, including post-launch adoption and retention, and build a cadence of proactive customer touchpoints to drive engagement. This role requires 3-5 years of account management experience in SaaS or technology.
