Develop and coordinate global Individual Giving campaigns, mobilisation campaign strategies as well as campaign packages - in alignment with programmatic work and market needs - to enable fundraising teams around the global to engage the Individual Giving audience and maximise income generation. Act as a sparring partner for country offices, supporting the implementation and development of Individual Giving fundraising in the countries. Support the development and implementation of the necessary guidelines, tools and systems to ensure income growth. Monitor, evaluate and report on fundraising and mobilisation campaigns for Individual Giving to leverage the most successful initiatives internationally. Contribute to internal capacity building activities to grow internal knowledge and capabilities in the Individual Giving area.
