UX Researcher

As a UX Researcher, you’ll play a pivotal role in uncovering user insights and transforming them into actionable product specifications that guide design and development. You will lead efforts to gather qualitative and quantitative feedback, conduct usability testing, and identify pain points and opportunities across the customer journey. You will also own portions of the product design process, partnering with engineering and product teams to translate your findings into clear user flows, wireframes, and feature requirements. You’ll work closely with internal teams including product managers, designers, engineers, and customer support, as well as external stakeholders such as veterinary professionals and pet owners. Your work will be critical in defining not just what we build, but how we build it. Your work will directly shape the experience of a platform trusted by thousands of veterinary professionals.
