Job Description
As a Solutions Engineer, you'll be the go-to subject matter expert, partnering with customers as they build out their pricing use cases on top of our price transparency data products. You will also work hand in hand with the Product Team, Data Scientists, and Software Engineers, ensuring customer feedback drives our product development. Tackle critical business and infrastructure issues through ad hoc analysis, insightful requests, and data extraction. Deepen your understanding of Turquoise’s product suite and customer use cases to find new opportunities for improving our product offering. Guide customers in migrating our data to their platforms and tools, adapting to diverse local environments and providing comprehensive analytics support, empowering customers with self-service tools and resources to access data.
