Associate Account Director/Account Director, Influencer Marketing

Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple influencer programs across regions and account teams. Form strong relationships with key client contacts and be recognized by the client as a leader and point of escalation. Manage nuanced and challenging client situations with little guidance from Director. Effectively coach team to get required results by providing on-going feedback, both positive and constructive. Demonstrate sound decision making and problem-solving skills. Maximize team and account efficiency.
