Clinical Project Manager

The Clinical Project Manager (Clinical PM) plays a key role in managing clinical trials from start to finish. This involves strategic planning, organizing, and directing study projects, including timelines, budgets, monitoring, and vendor management. A key aspect is facilitating communication between the sponsor, study team, and other groups, as well as mentoring team members. The Clinical PM is also responsible for the financial oversight of the study budget, collaborating with senior management for updates, and developing project plans based on requirements. The role includes managing studies in compliance with GCP, SOPs, regulations, and project-specific plans, along with assessing resourcing needs and managing study risks. Finally they oversee vendor activities.
