EMR Success Manager

About the Role:

• Lead a customer-facing EMR Success team to ensure successful integrations and support.
• Balance customer outcomes, operational rigor, and technical triage as a hands-on people manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage, coach, and develop EMR Integration Specialists, driving customer success across the integration lifecycle.
• Serve as technical point for triage and escalation, partnering with internal teams to unblock dependencies.
• Build scalable processes, metrics, and cross-functional partnerships to optimize EMR support.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years in EMR integrations, healthcare IT, or related domains with 3+ years leading teams.
• Strong project/program management and stakeholder management skills.
• Technical aptitude and comfort with issue triage in ambiguous environments.
