Build, mentor, and lead the Meta UA team (2–5 people): set goals, prioritize tests, and conduct performance reviews. Develop and execute Meta Ads strategy (Mobile + Web2App + App2App) for company products. Build Meta infrastructure for traffic acquisition — accounts, credit lines, integrations, and landing assets. Plan and manage large-scale budgets ($300K–1M+ monthly). Prepare regular reports and presentations based on test results and insights. Maintain close communication with ad network managers. Initiate and validate new hypotheses to scale growth.
