Farm Recruiting Manager

The Farm Recruiting Manager is responsible for recruiting new farmers to Vital Farm's network of small family farms. This role involves supporting the development of farmer pipelines, attending community meetings, and engaging with financial institutions. The manager will follow farmer recruitment and onboarding processes, facilitate community recruitment meetings, and assess land suitability for pastured egg production. They will also support farmers with securing financing, track the recruitment pipeline, and maintain strong relationships with potential farmers through contract signing. The role requires collaboration with the Farm Recruitment Team and other Vital Farms functional areas to achieve milestones and objectives and continually improve processes to ensure farmers' success.
