The Brand Motion Designer will be responsible for how our brand moves and animates across all brand surfaces, such as marketing channels, campaigns, events, and inside of our product. This role involves driving key brand and product metrics like conversion, awareness, and feature adoption through motion assets that resonate with our audience.
First Week: Dive into our brand strategy documentation, visual identity systems, and current motion assets. Take part in Get To Know You's (GTKYs) to meet our distributed team.
First Month: Start contributing to storyboarding and animating for our weekly product marketing releases and taking ownership of small motion design projects.
First Six Months: Successfully establish Kit's motion design language and create your first major product marketing motion graphics campaign .
First Year: Youβll play a key role in achieving Kitβs brand awareness and conversion goals by delivering high-performing motion assets that drive engagement, increase signups, and accelerate customer activation.
