Architecture-led BIM production:
- Own the creation, development, and management of 3D architectural BIM models in Revit across all project phases
- Translate complex design intent, sketches, and markups into production-ready, construction-quality models
- Produce and own full construction documentation sets: plans, sections, elevations, schedules, and details
BIM leadership and practice development:
- Set BIM standards, templates, and workflows across projects - and ensure the team follows them
- Mentor junior BIM modelers, review their work, provide structured feedback, and raise output quality
- Identify gaps in current BIM practice and proactively propose improvements
Structural and MEP coordination:
- Lead coordination with structural and MEP consultants - federate models, manage clash detection, and resolve issues with minimal escalation
- Drive BIM coordination meetings with consultants, document outcomes, and track resolution
