Partner Account Manager, Residential Remote Service Network

As a Partner Account Manager, you will play a critical role in maintaining and growing relationships with high-volume Residential Field Service Partners (FSPs). You will serve as the primary point of contact for partner escalations, communications, and alignment, establishing structured engagement cadences to ensure mutual growth through transparent and proactive communication. Your responsibilities include monitoring KPIs and SLAs, delivering performance reporting, and identifying trends to inform strategic partner initiatives. You will also gather feedback from partners to identify improvement opportunities and pilot new service strategies to boost partner engagement and performance.
