Business Operations Associate Manager

The Business Operations Associate Manager drives quality and consistency by conducting advanced data analysis to define KPIs, evaluate trends, and drive insights that improve business results like nurse performance, patient retention, gross margins, and clinical outcomes. They will also support operational experiments/pilots by helping define success metrics, analyzing results, and rolling out successful approaches. Responsibilities include supporting scaling by recommending strategies to scale quality clinical care, anticipating growth needs and optimizing processes for larger patient volumes, including collaborating with the Product team on automation, assessing and leveraging AI-insights, workflow improvements, and clinical decision support. They will also support cross-functional initiatives with Providers, Clinical Enablement, Data Science, Product, Finance, and Operations teams to improve care delivery and drive efficiency. The person in this role will contribute to workforce planning, working with recruiting and operations partners to ensure coaches are hired, trained, and assigned to patients effectively, based on demand forecasts, panel sizes, and nurse expertise. This role also presents data-driven insights and strategic recommendations to senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders, supporting company-wide decisions.
