The Business Development Manager will develop and execute growth strategies, increase the territory client base, and expand the regional book of business to achieve annual targets. They will formulate a customer call strategy, travel within the designated territory, and manage relationships with existing clients. The role involves possessing in-depth knowledge of product and service offerings, identifying business strengths to match client needs, preparing business proposals, and collaborating with the commercial team. The Manager will also engage in contract negotiation, conduct market research, analyze industry trends, assist in portfolio management, and produce reports on territory successes.
