Job Description
As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in delivering transformational data products to support product and pricing innovation. You will collaborate closely with the Product Owner and key stakeholders across the commercial business teams to identify requirements for enhancing, testing, and validating data products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, experience in Agile methodologies, and knowledge of the CPG industry. You will collect, examine, and shape requirements definition across a broad base of stakeholders, refine a robust backlog of user stories, and enhance end user satisfaction through continuous improvement of usability testing. You will also participate in all Agile ceremonies and weekly department meetings.
