Associate Salesforce Solution Architect

The Enterprise Applications team is seeking an experienced Associate Salesforce Solution Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of Salesforce Solution Architecture experience with a proven track record of designing and implementing complex enterprise solutions. This role requires deep technical expertise combined with strategic business thinking to drive digital transformation initiatives. The candidate will lead solution design, mentor junior team members, and serve as the primary technical liaison between business stakeholders and development teams.

This role involves working closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements. The candidate will lead the design and architecture of Salesforce solutions across multiple clouds, develop documentation including technical specifications, mentor developers, and conduct technical reviews. The candidate will also evaluate third-party applications and lead technical discovery sessions.
