Lead a remote client service crew to deliver top-notch support and keep clients happy, utilize virtual tools to manage and support the team, learn from the leadership squad, and help improve customer service. The position requires some experience in management, but it's not a must, someone who loves chatting with people and making connections, totally cool with working remotely and thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment, with big dreams of climbing the career ladder is preferred.
