What You’ll Do:
- Build and run First Connect's online community for independent agents.
- Design and launch an agent ambassador program.
- Own the strategy and content behind First Connect's owned events.
What You’ll Bring:
- 7+ years of professional experience, with at least 5 years building and running a community management function.
- A track record of launching and scaling a B2B online community.
- Fluency with modern community technology (Slack, Circle, CommonRoom, etc.).
