As Creative Director:
- Define and evolve Givebutter's visual language across brand, marketing, product, events, and digital experiences.
- Direct a growing team of designers and creatives, and manage relationships with external agencies, freelance specialists, and production vendors.
- Build scalable creative systems (templates, brand guidelines, asset libraries) that maintain quality while enabling speed.
Vision and Leadership:
- Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Leadership to align creative vision with business goals.
- Translate nonprofit impact into emotionally resonant visual stories that build long-term brand equity.
- Champion the use of AI tools for rapid prototyping and creative exploration while maintaining high craft standards.
Execution and Art Direction:
- Art direct photography, video, motion, and illustration work—from briefing through final delivery.
- Be a key driver on a wide range of brand activations and experiences.
- Can personally execute high-quality design work when needed while also leading and developing a team.
