Job Description

Responsibilities:

-Lead teacher recruitment and onboarding, ensuring high-quality staff.

-Manage inventory and resource preparations for the summer camps.

-Oversee programming and logistics to ensure smooth camp operations.

Camp Management:

-Prepare the US operation from a health, safety, and welfare perspective.

-Ensure compliance with insurance and accreditation requirements.

-Oversee financial success by aligning resources with budget and sales pipeline.

Student Experience:

-Oversee student satisfaction across academics, activities, and transfers.

-Manage accommodation, catering, and pastoral care for students.

-Provide guidance, mentoring, and support to camp teams.
