- Lead the global Kaizen calendar with a focus on Lean, 5S, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Own critical Bowler metrics for covered technologies and review performance through MORs.
- Drive accountability across supporting organizations to deliver improvements and ensure disciplined follow-through.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with at least five years of Field Engineer or Project Management experience.
- Minimum of 11 years progressive experience and demonstrated success in power generation and field services.
- Strong project planning and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multi-discipline teams.
