Job Description
The Data Engineer will be key in the design, construction and evolution of the engineering, BI and Generative Artificial Intelligence ecosystem. Their purpose will be to transform the company's financial records into actionable information, enabling strategic and operational decisions of high impact for the business.
Key responsibilities include prioritizing and executing initiatives related to the Finance Chapter's information products, designing and building scalable data pipelines to the Data Lake, modeling the Data Lake in alignment with data governance, monitoring and optimizing data flows, designing domain-oriented views, developing AI-based solutions, and promoting responsible information use.
Qualified candidates should have 2+ years of experience in data areas, advanced SQL and Python skills, experience in developing data pipelines, proficiency in Google Workspace and Google Cloud Platform, knowledge of Airflow for orchestration and BigQuery for analysis, familiarity with batch and streaming architectures, and experience with Git and versioning best practices.
