This is a high-impact, client-facing role where you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and managing strategic customer relationships. As an Enterprise Account Manager, you will serve as a trusted advisor to our clients — understanding their needs, demonstrating how our solutions can drive business outcomes, and ensuring long-term success. You will work cross-functionally with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences while consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Own and grow a portfolio of key accounts, building strong multi-level relationships with stakeholders. Identify and close new business opportunities within assigned territories or named accounts. Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve growth and retention goals. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, proactively managing their success and satisfaction. Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Marketing, Customer Success, etc.) to ensure clients receive best-in-class support and service. Understand client goals and translate them into tailored solutions using our industry-leading mobile data collection platform. Maintain accurate pipeline management and forecasting using CRM (Salesforce). Drive contract negotiations and renewals while identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify potential opportunities or risks. Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings as needed.
