Job Description
Compliance and Security Focus:
- Drive compliance-aligned initiatives across product and engineering teams.
- Translate compliance requirements into actionable engineering tasks.
- Partner with product and engineering teams to embed security requirements into workflows.
Program Management:
- Manage cross-functional security programs.
- Facilitate readiness reviews and prep sessions ahead of external assessments.
- Regularly communicate status, blockers, and key risks.
Technical Skills:
- Solid understanding of secure SDLC, risk management, and cloud security principles.
- Familiarity with NIST 800-53, FedRAMP, and privacy regulations.
- Hands-on experience with Jira or Confluence and common software development tools.
