What You'll Do:
- Produce video ad content from creative briefs across UGC, product demos, testimonials, and branded ad formats
- Edit raw UGC and creator footage into scroll-stopping, conversion-focused ads built for Meta, TikTok, and YouTube
- Maintain brand consistency across motion, color grading, audio, and on-screen typography for every client
What We're Looking For:
- 2+ years editing video ads for DTC / ecommerce brands (agency experience strongly preferred)
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and CapCut (After Effects is a plus)
- A reel or portfolio of ecom video ads you've personally edited
How We Measure Success:
- On-time delivery: 100% target, 95%+ acceptable
- Revision rate: under 10% target, under 15% acceptable
- Error rate (audio, cuts, branding, spelling): 0% target, under 2% acceptable
