RIS (Radiology Information System) Implementation Specialist

Under minimal supervision, performs installation, maintenance, and repairs on Company products at assigned customer sites as directed by service management. Duties include analyzing clinical workflow, facilitating process improvement, and supporting radiologist workflow. Maintains a clear understanding of FDA requirements and ACR recommendation as well as local state regulations for Mammography tracking and reporting to guide customer in decision process for implementation. Manages client expectations to ensure customer satisfaction and actively participates in teaching and training customers. Maintains effective communications and working relationships with all departments within HCUS (Service, Engineering, Integration, Marketing, Sales, Customer Service, etc.)
