Therapeutic Content Consultant

We're seeking licensed therapists/psychologists to join our team as consultants on a contractual, milestone-based arrangement. In this role, you'll apply your clinical expertise to help develop science-backed content and user experiences that facilitate meaningful personal growth in an engaging digital format. Key responsibilities include research & content development, experience design, collaboration & ideation, and analysis & optimization. A Master's degree or higher in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field is required with a current clinical license and a minimum of 3+ years experience providing therapy/counseling services. This is a remote position with flexible hours and an initial contract of 3-6 months with the possibility of extension.
