Job Description
You will conduct audio or video patient intake appointments to understand patient challenges and determine if they suit patient advocacy under Principal Illness Navigation and/or Community Health Integration. This role does not require diagnosing or prescribing. Responsibilities include thriving in a fast-paced startup, caring deeply about medicare aged patients and patient advocacy, and utilizing technology. Qualifications include board certification in family or internal medicine, active IMLC membership, and a PTAN/PECOS account. This is a remote, part-time role, and we would prefer a minimum of 10 hours a week, though week to week availability is flexible.
