Job Description

The job involves:

  • Managing full lifecycle recruiting for store roles in the UAE & Kuwait from open role to onboarding.
  • Working cross functionally with HR and Global Mobility to secure appropriate visas.
  • Providing a best-in-class candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Responsibilities include:

  • Developing new and innovative localized strategies that drive diverse talent to A&F, specific to supported markets.
  • Developing proactive pipeline and sourcing strategies to deliver the right talent, at the right time.
  • Project managing and supporting ad hoc initiatives – employer branding, data & analytics, vendor management etc.

Required Skills:

  • Strong networking skills through a variety of platforms (i.e. LinkedIn, in person, email, etc.).
  • Strong presentation skills and the ability to communicate confidently to leadership.
  • Proven ability to maintain a high volume of work with quality and speed.
