Job Description
The Operations Support Specialist will be responsible for reviewing providersβ invoices, flagging any potential discrepancies, and adjusting the costs in the system. They will oversee monitoring and escalation of late or at-risk localization projects and serve as the primary point of contact for managing client complaints with empathy. This person will work with cross-functional teams to ensure priorities are aligned and issues are resolved promptly. They will also participate in generating reports and analyzing data to identify trends and support continuous improvement. This position requires a schedule of 9 am to 6 pm CET.
