Data Analysis:
- Perform ongoing synthesis and analysis of health care quality metric performance.
- Conduct intermediate to advanced analysis of key health-related metrics and program data to identify trends.
- Develop dashboards and visual assessments of health care quality metric performance.
Projects and Collaboration:
- Provide data and serve as metric experts on projects.
- Effectively communicate complex analyses and data information to non-technical audiences.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders as it relates to health care data and clinical quality metrics.
Analytic Assistance and Regulatory Compliance:
- Serve as subject matter expert (SME) on technical specifications of clinical quality measures.
- Provide technical and analytic support on the development and distribution of data to internal and external stakeholders.
- Create process documentation for data and metric analytics.
