Operations Technical Support Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as first responder for critical events: unplanned downtime, major equipment failures, startup issues, and chronic throughput crises.
• Deploy on short notice to any U.S. or Canada plant to assess, stabilize, and execute corrective action.
• Lead structured root cause analysis and ensure sustained improvements.

Qualifications & Experience:

• 6–10 years in high-output plastics manufacturing with strong blow molding and bottle processing exposure.
• 5–10 years hands-on maintenance or production technical roles, capable of troubleshooting mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and controls systems.
• Proven leadership under pressure with ability to travel up to 100% and lift 50 lbs.
