PingWind is seeking a Research and Development Specialist SME to provide expert-level knowledge, leadership, and technical guidance in R&D initiatives. Responsibilities include identifying/evaluating new technologies, solving complex challenges, and designing prototypes through modeling and experimentation. The specialist will conduct feasibility studies, serve as a subject matter expert, prepare research findings, and ensure adherence to standards while participating in intellectual property development.
Candidates should have expertise in relevant technical domains, experience with prototyping and modeling, and knowledge of technology transfer and project management methodologies. Familiarity with commercialization or systems integration is required. A Bachelor’s degree and extensive experience in research and innovation are essential.
