Role Responsibilities:
- Provide support to other activities undertaken by the project team on behalf of the client and the company.
- Create and maintain project-specific KPIs for contracted ICSR activities.
- Propose process changes to the ICSR Operational Lead and manage ICSR deviations.
Qualifications:
- Life science graduate, pharmacy, nursing, or other healthcare related qualification.
- 3-4 years of pharmacovigilance experience with at least 1 year in a line manager role.
- Excellent communication, organization, delegation, planning, and team working skills.
