Delivery Consultant (Remote, CAN)

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead global enterprise customer deployment projects and programs end to end, from post-sale kickoff through implementation completion and CS handoff, on time and on budget.
• Own and maintain program plans, BRDs, SOWs, acceptance criteria, risk registers, dependency maps, resource plans, and success criteria for each engagement, keeping all internal and external stakeholders accurately informed on a weekly basis.
• Manage third-party partner relationships for custom implementation builds, including Sayari Guide solution integrations, ensuring partner deliverables align with customer requirements and contracted timelines.

Skills & Experience Required:

• 7+ years of experience managing complex enterprise technology implementations and delivery programs, with demonstrated ownership of engagements ranging from 30 to 60 days for small implementations to 12 or more months for complex multi-workstream programs involving third-party partners.
• Hands-on experience with TPRM workflows and enterprise technology products, solutions, and data assets; depth and complexity of prior engagements matters more than years alone.
• Demonstrated use of generative AI tools to accelerate content creation, data analysis, and workflow optimization; experience deploying or managing AI-driven products in a fast-paced environment is a strong plus.
