Senior Data and Analytics Engineer

Data & Analytics Engineering Expertise:

• Build and maintain infrastructure and transformation layers supporting data storage, movement, and modeling.
• Own data modeling decisions in collaboration with analytics and business stakeholders.
• Provide technical guidance to less experienced engineers.

Cross-Team Collaboration:

• Collaborate with peers and functional departments to develop data strategies supporting engagement goals.
• Partner with clients and managers to plan for data engineering needs for product or feature launches.
• Drive data solution improvements that impact client experience.

Project Delivery:

• Architect data systems using patterns allowing iterative delivery and future scaling.
• Proactively identify and address technical debt.
• Optimize for predictability and a regular cadence of deliverables.
