Job Description

Daily Tasks:

-Manage inbound calls efficiently, adhering to communication scripts.

-Identify customer needs by researching and providing appropriate solutions and alternatives.

-Upsell products when the opportunities arise.

Required Skills:

-Previous 3-6 months customer service or support is preferred.

-Must have strong phone and verbal communication with active listening.

-Able to work independently and quickly learn new processes.

Additional Requirements:

-Must furnish own computer equipment and an established dedicated work area.

-Must have verified internet service.

-Must be available to work on the first and last business day of each month.
