The Officer, Communications is responsible for leading EGPAF’s social media content strategy and digital marketing efforts, with a focus on creating compelling, audience-friendly content that drives engagement and influence. The officer will lead EGPAF’s social media strategy and manages day-to-day execution across platforms, including copywriting, graphic design, short-form video production, and campaign management. The officer will translate complex, technical, and policy-heavy topics into clear, engaging, and creative content for lay audiences, ensuring accuracy while avoiding jargon.
The Officer develops creative social-first campaigns that highlight EGPAF’s impact, humanize data, and spark engagement from diverse audiences, and creates and executes paid social media advertising campaigns on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms. Experience with paid social advertising and digital analytics (Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Analytics, etc.) is required for this role.
