Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain therapeutic knowledge of disease and product information.
  • Draft standard medical response letters and FAQs for assigned products.
  • Work with Medical Affairs and Regulatory Affairs to ensure drafts are accurate.

Requirements:

  • Fact check medical and marketing content for accuracy.
  • Monitor the medical literature for additional sources of product information.
  • Utilizes therapeutic knowledge and clinical expertise to draft, timely, non misleading, accurate, and scientifically balanced custom responses.

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • PharmD preferred.

Other:

  • Contract position for 12 months with potential to extend.
  • Remote opportunity in the US.
  • Reviews medical information call center case records (medical inquiries, potential adverse events, and potential product complaints) to ensure quality and accuracy of response and appropriate case processing.
