User Growth & Lifecycle Marketing Manager

Responsibilities:

• Lead the optimization of the new user onboarding process to improve activation and first-time transaction conversion rates.
• Build a comprehensive user lifecycle management system and enhance retention through membership programs and gamification.
• Design and optimize user referral and viral growth mechanisms to drive organic growth.

Requirements:

• Over 5 years of experience in the internet industry with more than 3 years in senior user growth roles within e-commerce or fintech.
• Bilingual English/Arabic is required to coordinate with partners in the MENA region.
• Proven track record of successful growth from zero to one, leading initiatives in user retention and conversion.
