Data Analyst

As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for harnessing vast amounts of data streaming from our extensive deployment of telematics and IoT devices in the field. This role directly impacts the performance, reliability, and efficiency of our hardware and software systems, ultimately enhancing customer experiences. You will collaborate with engineering, product management, data science, and customer support teams to process and analyze sensor and analytics data, uncover insights, identify potential issues, and drive continuous improvement. Key responsibilities include continuously monitoring and analyzing incoming sensor and analytics data to pinpoint trends, anomalies, and potential issues, also maintaining dashboards, reports, and presentations using tools like Quicksight, Tableau, or Python libraries to visualize performance metrics and effectively communicate data findings. It involves comparing outputs from various firmware, software, and algorithm versions to confirm enhancements or identify unexpected regressions, supporting customer support with data-driven insights and advocating for data access within the organization by ensuring teams have necessary data and tools for informed decisions. The candidate will also work with product development teams to incorporate field data into future product improvements.
