Job Description

The Senior Employee Communications Manager drives creative and informative communication strategies that connect and engage employees. This leader has a passion for discovering and telling company-wide stories that align our team with our long-term goals. The communication team leverages communication strategy and tactics to position Life360 as the #1 brand for making everyday family life better, fostering awareness, engagement, and trust among families and stakeholders worldwide. Core responsibilities include managing company All Hands meetings, creating editorial calendars, producing Quarterly AMAs, crafting internal communications plans, partnering with the People team, developing engaging presentations, engaging with the executive team, and leveraging internal communications tactics. The role also focuses on optimizing channels, enhancing the employer brand, developing communication materials for executives, tracking data, and driving company-wide alignment.
