What you will do:
- Lead analysis of complex medical policy content and implementation of system edits.
- Maintain claims processing system infrastructure for regulatory compliance.
- Translate medical policy language into precise coding criteria.
Qualifications:
- Associate degree or direct work experience preferred.
- Certified Professional Coder (CPC) required.
- 7+ years healthcare experience in provider payment, claims, or medical coding.
Remote eligible:
- Flexibility to work fully remote. May need to come into office occasionally.
- Candidates in Iowa or South Dakota preferred.
- Must provide high-speed internet at work location.
